Dynamics 365 offers a single, scalable toolkit for businesses to address specific needs, such as sales automation, operations, field and customer service. The new Cloud service works perfectly together with Microsoft's other Cloud offers Office 365 and Azure, and provides with AppSource a suitable AppStore for extensions.

Microsoft is combining its current CRM and ERP cloud products into a single cloud bundle called Microsoft Dynamics 365. The new software runs atop Microsoft Azure cloud.

Even after merging, Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics CRM 365 for Services, formerly Dynamics CRM, have missing functionlity for sales tax calculation. However, the functionality of Dynamics 365 can be extended by buying and installing apps.
