WP7 Phone Explorer lets you use a WP7 Phones in disk mode, like a flash drive. You can perform the data transfer from your PC to your WP7 phone without the need to upload files into the cloud or to your Skydrive. Browse the files and folders on your PC and copy the files from selected directories, as if your phone would be a normal USB stick. With the appropriate Office apps or Phone app, you can open the files on your phone.
